I have used it three or four times. It functions. Well you do not have to go through your floor twice once grooming and then sweeping. Instead it does the entire work once it has two tanks. One tank contains freshwater and the other one collects dirty water. Demonstration support was also given bye a very helpful person, Sumita .She demonstrated the working of the product over WhatsApp video. Any doubts which I had regarding the machine was clarified efficiently by her. I do not know how the machine will perform after two years, but as of now it is working very well. It is easy to use and easy to clean. My only concern is that a single roller has been provided. I waited for 20+ days, and instead of fixing it or replacing parts, they simply sent the SAME defective product back to me - NOTHING was repaired. NOTHING was replaced. The leakage issue is still exactly the same. After this, they sent a technician who clearly didn't know what to do and left without fixing anything. The customer care team stops answering calls and doesn't take responsibility at all. For a product this expensive, this kind of service is unacceptable. AGARO has wasted my money, time, and energy.
