 Neat is an easy-to-make, great tasting replacement for ground beef derived from nuts and other natural ingredients.  
 
 
  
  
   Directions
   
  
   How to Prepare neat® Crumbles 
     
   2 TBSP Water + 2 Eggs or 2 Vegan Eggs + Mix Well + Brown in Skillet for 7-9 Minutes 
     
   Add water and eggs to neat and mix well. Brown and chop on medium heat, just like ground beef, in a non-stick skillet for 7-9 minutes. Mix in with your favorite recipes, serve and enjoy. 
     
   Recipe for neat® Balls 
   1 Egg or substitute • 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese • 1 TBSP Water • 1 Pack neat Italian Mix 
     
   Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into 8 balls, place on a well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes, turning once. 
     
   Vegan if Egg substitute is used
