Basically 4 poles and its up. The inner sleeping compartmnets are also relatively easy to put up, the only small problem I had was one of the rubber togs broke when doing this.The zips on the outer doors can be a bit fiddly and tend to catch the tent lining when trying to get in and out of the tent which is my only gripe really.The tent stood up well to the heavy rain over the course of the five days and remained dry inside.
