They don't have any complaints reporting system which is annoying. I have paid full money and I want full refund. Panasonic is a big company but I won't recommend anyone to use this particular headphones and this is a complete waste of money. If desertcart doesn't listen to this then I may need to lodge a formal complaint to this big brand. Please refund my money or I may need to choose a different route.

Very nice sound, don't tangle too badly or too easily, and come with a variety of sizes! Also survived a water bottle leaking all over them so they're clearly quite well put together. Slightly dull and bassy sound but they're £10 and tiny, so I won't mark them down for that.
