You get a set of 3: cleanser, toner, and facial lotion. Among this set of 3, only the facial cleanser came with a protective seal around the top, while the lotion and toner I could just use right away without removing any kind of protective seal. These products do have a very light perfume scent, nothing overwhelming or anything that lingers after applying. The cleanser did feel a little drying on my face after washing especially around my cheeks, forehead and eyelids. I have combination skin. My hubby didn't notice anything drying or any area that felt tight for him after using. My husband used the toner and lotion where he felt the toner was a little tingly or itchy at first but then dissipated and the lotion absorbed well and felt comfortable after applying without leaving a sticky residue.
