Review: Watch is a 4, Customer Service 5+ - The watch: easy to set up. Love that there is no subscription required. It was great at counting steps, the heart rate function was accurate as well as blood oxygen levels. The blood pressure was way off, but not surprising as without an inflatable cuff, it's just little more than a guess. The sleep tracker is ok. The battery charge lasted at least a week. For the price, I'd give it 4 stars. Customer Service: My watch chipped where the band fits to the watch face rendering it unusable after 3 1/2 months. It was not eligible for an desertcart return, but I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it at no cost immediately! They were most helpful and kind. 5+ stars for customer service!

The watch: easy to set up. Love that there is no subscription required. It was great at counting steps, the heart rate function was accurate as well as blood oxygen levels. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not sure of the blood pressure accuracy

So as much as i want to love this watch I'm disappointed because the snap to keep the band locked in place will just randomly pop open. It's a beautiful watch and does well with the steps. The sleep tracking is probably correct yet it falls off in my sleep. I was not sure on how accurate the blood pressure was on it and I've only checked it at a local store and there was a huge difference and not in a good way. I have high bp and on new meds so thats the main reason i purchased this watch. It's not horrible at all but the accuracy of the bp and the band constantly coming apart are the main reasons i gave this 3 stars.
