Amazon would not do a "normal" return on the item, because I used the Affirm financing payment method. So, I contacted the Manufacturer in China via the tech email address on the back of each unit. After a couple of emails between myself and the Manufacturer, they agreed to send me a new device. I did have to verify that the old unit was enroute to them before they sent it out. But when they did, it got here within days. I fully charged it and used it the next day with no power button issues.
