We have had a lot of rain and I spend many hours outside providing medical coverage for Athletic events. I noticed after approximately 5-6 times wearing them, a hole had already began on the back sole on both shoes covers. I wear a size 13 shoe and they were tight, but perfectly secure when I put them in the shoes. I never took them off once they were on. I wore them 90% of the time in wet grass. I kept them on the pair of shoes and just slipped the shoes back on. It is very disappointing. I thought it was going to be the answer to the problem I have had for many years. I guess I will keep looking. ### ⭐ Split after less than a day on carpeting! *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 17, 2018* Disappointed. Maybe I did not use them properly. I stretched them over my size 13 Dawgs and before one day of walking on my store's carpeting(not ground or bare floor) one of the covers split up the back. Maybe I shouldn't have worn them all day but how much longer would they have lasted on concrete or asphalt? They were TOO difficult to put over my shoes to take them off and put them back on on a regular basis. The reviews stated that they'd fit easily over any size shoe. Perhaps I took that claim too literally. They are easy to put on and I can walk in these all the way into my office without being slippery. I wear women’s size 9 and these are still a little too big but still wearable. Not the fault of the product as it was catered to men.
