I had just charged it a few days before but I plugged it up to the charger. The blue light came on but still no response. Turned it off and back on and got a red light flashing next to the blue and still nothing. Very disappointed in the quality of having it stop working this soon after purchase but it died after the return date. Seller reached out to me with instructions that helped me resolve the issue.
