I need an extra hand to hold out the loop part from being flush to the elastic to allow the hook to catch onto it easily. The hook part is comparatively thick and rounded at the end so it doesn't readily catch and slide into place. I can spend a good couple of minutes hooking and missing before I get lucky. Hence 1 star off.
