I myself have been taking supplements for menopausal symptoms with great success and if you actually think about it, it makes sense that men can also have changes in their body as they age.With all supplements, I would suggest you research each individual ingredient to find out what the potential benefits are and if they could be a good fit for you. I have been taking biotin and ashwagandha for months now and have seen good things so I'm hoping my partner will too. In my experience, especially with the biotin, you do have to be patient and take regularly.They are a little on the pricey side although there's a lot going on here and you can get a discount if you take them on subscribe and save.
