Review: Ease of use - Absolute collagen - expensive but seem to be good for skin plumping and nails! Easy to open , I just use as they are. Don’t add to anything Need to pop empty sachet straight into bin to dispose of,as they are sticky. Cost might be prohibitive for long term use it so far so good

Was taking these for a while but had to stop as got taken to hospital with gallbladder issues need gallbladder removed so stopped taking at moment as I think a bit rich
