It is magnetic like it states and fits perfectly with my Remarkable Paper Pro. The flap that covers the pen magnetically connects with the cover to prevent it from flipping open itself. So for the quality, I think it's fairly good and looks good. How long this cover will last me, I would hope for a lengthy period.
