I returned the medium and bought a small and it fits perfectly, even over my huge baby-bump. I think if I were bigger on top, the medium would have been just fine.OVERALL QUALITY: The shirt looks just like the picture (I actually bought two, one light gray, one dark gray). The material is very comfortable and breathable, and not thin or cheap. It fits very comfortably, even over my huge baby-bump. It looks like it will still fit nicely after delivery. The shirt still only gets 2 stars, but the customer service gets 5.Original review: Not very proportional. The chest fits ok but the abdomen portion of the shirt is really wide. I was very disappointed. The buttons on the side are also smaller in proportion to the shirt than pictured. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but not a huge issue. I am short (5'4") and the large was long for my torso but fit overall. The collar was a lot higher than I thought it would be, hitting me at the base of my neck rather than near my collarbones like I thought it would. I didn't like the three buttons on the side because the torso was long on me it looked weird.
