I'm a grown woman, with a wrist that is 7" around. If you want it snug (& a struggle), get a bracelet that is exactly your wrist thickness. If you want to give yourself some leeway to get the thing on, order up.It wasn't all that difficult to figure out how to get it on my wrist. I clenched the ID down with one of my fingers, then wrapped the rope around the back.
