The pieces are partially peeled, with fairly uniform size considering that the whole fruit is used. They come in a resealable bag.. I really like that 95% of the product is guava, with some sugar and sodium metabisulfite (preservative/antioxidant). Unusual tropical fruit option, and a good treat. Second great dehydrated fruit we've ordered from Vietnam lately.
