Review: Excellent Idea & Customer Service - I purchased this item to prevent my dogs from scratching our door. The concept is simple but genius. When it arrived it was missing the 3M locks. So, I called desertcart and although they made suggestions on an alternative option, I insisted I needed the 3M locks as recommended. They then gave me the contact number for Clawguard and I called them directly. Kevin, the founder and CEO, answered the call and overnighted the locks immediately. Problem solved. Excellent customer service.

I purchased this item to prevent my dogs from scratching our door. The concept is simple but genius. When it arrived it was missing the 3M locks. So, I called Amazon and although they made suggestions on an alternative option, I insisted I needed the 3M locks as recommended. They then gave me the contact number for Clawguard and I called them directly. Kevin, the founder and CEO, answered the call and overnighted the locks immediately. Problem solved. Believe it or not, it worked! I used both strips to cover the corner of our bed, which was the cat's favorite place to scratch. (Tip: layer them so the top overlaps the bottom, that way the claws don't catch.) Eventually he just stopped scratching! We have been sans plastic for a couple weeks and not a single scratch! (The upholstery pins are less wonderful, but I don't think any upholstery pins are actually great, so that part didn't bother me.)
