It takes everything that made previous Paperwhite models so popular and adds a handful of thoughtful upgrades that genuinely improve the experience rather than simply adding features for the sake of it. If you're looking for the best E-reader, this is it. As an owner of both the base kindle and this one, I can say that the paperwhite is perfect for me, and for most people. Fantastic bit of kit. Lovely to hold and look at, really responsive, and the auto-adjusting light is a really nice touch too. Changes in brightness are subtle so that you hardly notice, while being being really easy on your eyes at the same time. I’m really enjoying reading on it. Perfect for unwinding and avoiding screens. I treated myself to the brown leather cover too which gives it a nice vintage feel. Really pleased.
