## Description

The UBEE SAFE combines fall detection alerts with all the standard GPS tracking functionality. Itis the perfect product for elderly relatives who don't like mobile phones or for dementia patients who are beginning to wander. You can track them whenever they are out. You can create alerts using the virtual fence, so you will receive updates when they leave home. But above all they can contact you if they are in difficulties. And worse case, just by holding down one button they can send an SOS (calling the app owner and sending a position). The UBEE SAFE also has fall alerts. This is quite sensitive but in the event your elderly friend falls it will send a notification to your phone. It can be cancelled on the phone. But if it's intrusive you can toggle it off on the app. We understand you may think this is a bit technical. But we will set up the watch, load sim cards and provide UK based customer based customer service to help you get up and running. You will need to set up the app on your smart phone (ios or Android). You can then share with any number of relatives or carers for free, but you will control who has access. Subscription: The watch has a GPS chip which tracks whenever the watch is mobile and outside. The message is sent to your mobile app using the mobile network. That means a SIM subscription is required. The price depends on how many minutes are required per month but can be had for less than £5 per month from the UBEEQUEE website. You can also have a data only subscription (which essentially will provide tracking, fence and battery notifications) from only £3.25 per month. . The watch may be great, but after ordering, we were given a free one by a friend and Sam at Ubeequee understood the situation and agreed to give a full refund on the new, unopened watch once it was returned. He confirmed receipt of the watch and said a refund would be issued straight away. Over a month later, we have still received no refund..... Very sad when businesses are not true to their word - makes one feel cynical about buying online. But we will pursue getting the refund due to us.....
