Have always used Ball jars for soaking wild rice prior to cooking, as well as chickpeas and quinoa, before I discovered the benefits of sprouting them. These jars are perfect for storage, easy to clean and with replaceable lids, they should last a lifetime. These 1000ml jars can soak up to a cup and a half of chickpeas. They are sturdy, with measuring scales in metric and imperial units marked on two sides.
