I would like to start said that the book is very well organized , full of information, and the only book  I bought and agreed in several views. It is also true that during 20 years have not found a book or medical article providing so much information.My advice is read the book twice  and do it with open mind. It is easy to forget some points that could be of help.Again I think it could be one of the book for people with disbiosis ( Sibo, leaky gut, etc) but if you have a long term condition read it several times and also think in issues such as food intolerance etc that could be the cause of the other problems.Finally I would like to say thank you to the author for his persistence in his research. It is easy to  give up when the condition surpasses you.
