Review: Best dandruff shampoo so far - If Ketoconazole has stopped working for you than this is the best shampoo to have. I was having excessive dandruff since many years now with a lot of itching. I was the recommendation on instagram for this shampoo so thought to give it a try coz it was a paharmacy shampoo, not the marketed one by brands. It worked wonders. After two wash there was no dandruff. I still recall those days when I keep trying a lot of things to get rid of dandruff. Just use once a week and good to go. Rest any other day you can use any normal shampoo.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally Found a Dandruff Shampoo That Works for Me

This product worked well for me. I started noticing visible results after just two washes when used according to the instructions on the bottle. Within two weeks, my dandruff was completely gone, and I no longer experienced itching or flakes in my hair. I had previously tried several ketoconazole-based shampoos without much success. After doing some research, I learned that anti-dandruff shampoos contain different active ingredients such as Selenium Sulfide, Ketoconazole, Salicylic Acid, and Zinc Pyrithione, and the effectiveness can vary from person to person. In my case, Selson's Selenium Sulfide formula worked remarkably well. I've now been using it for the past six months, and the results have remained excellent. Initially, I used it three times a week for about two weeks as recommended. After the dandruff cleared up, I switched to using it only as needed—typically 2–3 times a month whenever I notice mild itching. This maintenance routine has worked well for me, and I haven't had any significant dandruff issues since. I did notice a slight hairfall, but I'm not sure whether it is due to this product or not. Of course, results may vary from person to person, but this has been the most effective dandruff treatment I've used so far.
