I reached out to the manufacturer, Backyard Discovery, fully expecting to be told that storm damage wasn’t covered—which is totally understandable. To my surprise, they responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. Even though the damage wasn’t covered under warranty, they still provided the replacement parts at no cost. Their willingness to help and the speed of their response truly impressed me. The swing set itself is great quality and my kids loved it before the storm. But what really sets this company apart is their customer support.
