However, the elastic upper part fit snug. At first it was no pain but after 15 minutes it became very uncomfortable. When I took it off my whole upper arm was red with the indention of the elastic in my arm. The rest of the sleeve I didnt get the compression from it because it was too loose. So I would only wear this for it's UV protection benefits or to cover a scar or something on my arm. I am a hot natured person and I rarely like things on my arms but if it wasnt for the elastic I would've have forgotten I was wearing the sleeve. I was cool and I enjoyed the feel of the lower part of the sleeve. Another issue is after pulling it from it's package and putting it on my arm the lettering is already lifting off. Also, there is no way for me to confirm that sizing on both sleeves but after putting both on one I can tell there is a difference in the fit and size. One is loose in the whole arm area and one is more tight and fitted. The one is that is tight and fitted, in the the elastic part feels extremely tight and I wouldn't be able to even make a full 15 minutes wearing it. So it might be a size Xl. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wore these cycling and they did not slip and did help keep cooler than when I didn't have them on and the uv was good. Fishing - my grandson and my granddaughter just recently took up fishing, I go to cheerlead. their is rarely any shade trees by the pond's. boating - I need the uv protection here the boat canopy doesn't shade very well. bicycling - I just took up cycling again, my nephew talked me into it. I am on some meds that make me sunburn just a little easier. I had found a hat but needed the cooling arm sleeves for the uv protection but also the cooling helps. I wore these cycling and they did not slip and did help keep cooler than when I didn't have them on and the uv was good. I also wore to the dog park and agin good with the uv protection and the cooling. ..I received this product at a reduced price for my honest opinion ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really like the arm sleeves *by A***R on May 30, 2018* I really like the arm sleeves. So much I am going to order another pair.
