I also love the test mode, which lets me ensure messages will reach my emergency contacts, it’s such a thoughtful feature. And when my Bluetooth disconnects, the alert reminds me to turn it back on, which is so helpful for staying protected. The design is sleek and discreet, people compliment it all the time without realizing what it really is. It’s subtle yet powerful, and I believe everyone should consider adding it to their daily essentials. The customer support team is also amazing and super responsive, and helpful! Review: Not Ready for Prime Time! - Used with Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone, Android 13. App version 5.4 downloaded from Play Store. Horrible documentation. No mention in the enclosed docs how to use the device (you have to double click the back). REQUIRES a $14.99 monthly plan with ADT. Add contacts does not work - had to manually add them even though the app found the all the contacts on the phone. Battery is NOT changeable - guaranteed for one year. When battery dies you have to BUY a new device. Only works if you have cell coverage. No mention if WiFi calling works. I assume that it will not work when traveling outside of the USA. App interface is non-intuitive. IMO not properly tested. During TESTING a live ADT/911 message was inadvertently sent - a real world call. 911 Dispatcher called back. This device is not ready for prime time. Seems like a prototype; for a version 5.4 app navigation should be better. Avoid. I'd give it a zero but that was not an option.

I feel safer when I am out and about, or when I'm alone in the house. If I fall, it is very difficult to get up and the cell phone is not always in reach. I recommend this for seniors and anyone that goes places alone.
