Super solid, great value! We’ve attached to pull up bar so kids have an indoor swing! Might not be the appropriate use, but it works perfectly! Really easy to adjust in literally seconds the height up or down to suit the user! Really sturdy, I’ve been on it too as well as the kids! So proper quality, great price - actually seems cheap for how good the materials are!
