Berberine supplements may help regulate your blood sugar, as well as support heart health and liver functionality. I love that this particular blend contains green tea extract, as well for a little energy boost. These capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. With 60 capsules inside each bottle, this is a 2 month supply. I take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast and plenty of water and have not had any stomach issues. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but have noticed some positive ones. The bottle is kind of expensive, but I think it is worth it. This appears to be a high quality supplement and I am pleased with the benefits I am experiencing so far.
