The adhesive is gentle at first, so if you need to pick it back up and reposition, you can do that no problem without compromising long term staying power. Once you have the tape where you want it, rub it to activate the adhesive. I’ve worn my tape for two days at a time and it stays exactly in place. Great price and good quality.I used this for medial knee pain so far and it gave me significant relief in every day activities while I let the strain heal. An easy way to support and injury without wearing a compression sleeve or brace. This tape is so comfortable you forget it’s there! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sticks well (maybe too well) *by on Reviewed in the United States November 14, 2025* Works great, so sticky it stayed on for the 3 days I used them, including showering, working out, etc. The only problem is that it's SO sticky, it leaves residue behind that won't come off for weeks. It hurts so badly to remove them if they're not coming off on their own. I had to take them off after 3 days becuase I was going to a wedding and they would show, it felt like I was ripping my skin off, then the residue stayed there (looking gross and dirty) for literally weeks.
