I have probably gone through 30+ pouches. I add it and some berries to low-fat vanilla yogurt. And I could eat it all day. Amazon used to sell it in a 6-pack, didn't save much, but was easier to order and handle. I'll still buy it even in the individual pouches. The original version includes the subtle flavor of coconut, a touch of sweetness, and crunchy oats and nuts. I don't even like coconut, but it tastes perfect in this mix. It has lots of whole grain oats, a few sunflower seeds, some almonds and pecans, and just a small bit of coconut. And only 2 grams of sugar!!
