It’s a good looking leather collar that only looks better with time! Ok I lied, I’m not 100% sure if my dog loves it or not. I asked what his honest opinion was for the amazon review and he just looked at me with the most confused look ever. Unfortunately he doesn’t speak English, so this collar does not provide dogs with English speaking abilities. Thank goodness. How well did that work out for everyone when snowball got the ability to be a super smart dog? Nice one Jerry. Anyways, my dog seems to like it and the nice big loop is easy to connect his leash to! I was skeptical, but I'm very impressed with the workmanship. If there were one negative (although minor) it would due to the prongs of the collar. They are a bit sharp, however, they will never touch the hide of your pet so there is no safety issue, but it might (theoretically) scratch other surfaces (i.e. your couch, table, etc.) -BUT maybe it wouldn't due to the angle of the prong. Nothing has faltered or come unstitched or anything.I ordered the one with the blue lining and it's a very nice shade of blue. I was also concerned the blue would show dirt and sweat but it does not. The collar looks very nice, sharp and expensive. My GSD looks gorgeous with it on!I really like the width. Normally collars are thin and get lost on a larger dog. This one is perfect. It's about 2 inches wide.
