I rated it 4 stars because I need more time of using the serum to know if it's worth 5 stars. I've applied the serum to an extreme ingrown bump about 5 times and I also tried it on a small rash and the ingrown bump is healing.. The rash is almost gone. So for about 2 years now I've been dealing with 1 big bump with an cluster of ingrown hairs right under my chin area. If I leave it alone and don't pluck the hairs out of it sometimes it pretends to heal but then once the hair starts growing again it gets inflamed and hurts which forces me to pluck as many hairs as I can out of the bump. But unfortunately I haven't had success plucking the deeper ingrown hairs in the bump. Due to this the bump continues to get inflamed over and over again. So I came across this serum and read all the good reviews and ordered it and it's working so far, I'll have to give an update in about a month to give the bump time to heal and to see if it completely heals or it continues to get inflamed.
