I just finished this book and am currently going over the notes that I copied from it. Lynda really gets to the heart of the Seth material and the heart of the matter--for those of us who are interested in actively creating our own realities and finding that sense of security and confidence that is essential if we are to live fearlessly in the Spacious Present, she points out some of the most important key elements that are necessary to accomplish this. Covered in the book--Who you really are as an action and identity of All That Is, the real nature of Time and Space, becoming aware of the nature of this camouflage reality, letting go of the rock solid belief in linear time and cause and effect (which is a detriment to our continued growth) There are several exercises in the book, and I have been working with the ones that feel most pertinent to me in my own journey. I had already created similar exercises for myself in some of the areas and this book dovetails nicely with my own contemplations and helps me to fill in some gaps. If you are a Seth lover and interested in taking your knowledge to a deeper level, and in purposefully creating a meaningful reality and moving beyond haphazard, uninformed reality constructions, this book will give you a basis for moving deeper. She exhorts us to organize our reality according to our strength, playfulness, dreams, joy, hopes. She says that then we can help those who organize their lives according to their fears. Yes! I like that she presents this restructuring process from the top down. We are presented with All That Is and move from action to consequence to physical reality. Somehow we move from linear time to simultaneous time. We learn a creation process. Ultimately, by living on a safe universe we redefine self. We are creation, not just the created. Easy peasy, right? Well, perhaps just the beginning of a court book series. This book may not be an easy peasy 10steps to baboom! Enlightenment. But it's the real deal. The author shares how the Seth writings affected (very beneficially) her life. In the process we find a resource that is helpful and insightful. It's one to keep on the night stand, or by the reading chair, and pick up from time to time and refresh prior readings. There are lists of processes we can follow and/or apply in our lives - ones that are REAL WORLD and apply successfully. This does NOT read like a novel.
