I already have a treadmill so I decided to add a weight bench so my other half can also use it.Package Content:There is a lot to cover so I have added a picture what is included in the package.The product is well packaged and a bit heavy when received. The bench looks really great. The  weight bench  foam is nice and medium firm – not too soft nor to hard. The fittings are well marked for easy identification of what parts goes where. Assembly took me approximately 35-40 minutes. You won’t need any additional tools to get this assembled as the only bits required are the spanners which are provided already. It is easy to adjust and set according to the exercise you are doing, getting the position for the abs was a bit tricky as I have never used this kind of equipment before for abs. Once I got hang of it it was very simple. The 2 elastic bands that are provided can be used for biceps, triceps and probably some more. NOTE: These kind of bands can sometimes snap but can be replaced very easily, any compatible exercise bands would do.Overall the  exercise weight bench  is easy to stowaway under the bed, simply flatten it and just push it or you can keep inside the airing cupboard if you have space or simply leave it as is if you are one of the lucky ones to have a gym space in your home. This multiuse exercise workout bench is really good, installed for half an hour, the installation instructions are very clear, and it is very comfortable to use, finish the exercise can be put away, it without taking up space. That is perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ All in all a great product. *by U***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 February 2019* Aesthetics:Looks great and goes with the color of my dumbbells. Being a little picky the only fault I found was a naff paint job where the "X" in "JX FITNESS" has a bit of white going over the lines but is barely noticeable if you stand back. Also the black material below the bench is cut poorly around the edges but its not going to be seen so its not really a problem.Assembly:Very easy to put together due to the straight forwards instructions provided. It took me just shy of 20 minutes to put together on my own. Spanners are the only tools needed and there are two provided.Adjusting:Other reviews mention that the lock pins are stiff to take out however if you raise the bench where the weight is pushing down onto the pin with one hand and take the pin out with your other hand the pins come out really easy. Putting them in however can be a little fiddly especially when trying to align the holes.The holes the lock pins go in also have a handy label showing where to put the pin if you would like a specific degrees set.Comfort:It is comfortable to sit/lie-down on and does not leave an outline of your butt when you get off of it. The leg rest is is comfortable too.Noise:When lying back or applying weight around the edge of the product I can hear a slight creaking sound, which can be annoying but if you .Storage:Storing this is a key feature for me as I do not have a lot of space in my room. When made flat it can easily be slid under my bed, lean against a wall or stand on its own (if legs rest is out). Dumbbells have to be taken off the storage rack.Dumbbell Storage Rack:Although it's a nice touch, I was unable to use all four slots provided as the highest weights I could fit next to each other on the rack was 3.5kg due to there not being enough space between dumbbells. I could however just use two slots and place my 10kg weights on there fine when leaving a gap between them.Wheels:There are two wheels that are on the legs by the head rest which allows for the bench to be moved around easily, but i find it quicker just to pick the bench up as its not all that heavy. The wheels do not move while you are working out.Other info:A poster is provided which shows some workout you can do while on the bench as well as some information on how to do them properly.
