However, I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with any images or instructions on how to put it together - it's just one bunch of straps in a pouch! I did have to then look it up on Amazon (hence my review) to see what it should look like and which way up it should be worn. Not a massive issue but not having instructions or images means that I don't know if I'm wearing it correctly - I don't want to damage my back more or cut off the circulation to my arms by wearing it incorrectly.Another issue that I have is that for me, the straps are too long, which would be fine if there was enough velcro to cover it, there isn't and the velcro is now scratching/pilling my clothes.
