Dries reasonably fast with a uv lamp and lasts for a nice while, too. The polish can feel a little sticky but it's very easy to clean up. Not a big deal at all. If I had to nitpick at anything it would be the magnet that comes with it. It's not very easy to handle or control. I get much better results using a different wand from another gel polish set I purchased. I'm very pleased overall and highly recommend these.
