It smells more like hospital than a luxury hotel. The scent is like a cross between Vicks vaporub and cough syrup. I am not particularly sensitive to scents (worked in pathology), but once I put it in my wick diffuser it made me feel physically nauseous. Very disappointed I spent $42 with tax for a tiny bottle and it smells so bad.
