**Q: does it work with newer tv's some plug in plays glitch out**
A: yes i have a 3 year old 42 inch plasma works fine, i also tried it out on my friends year old 50 inch LED, no probs :-) also if you change aspect ratio to 4:3 on your tv you will get a smaller but better quality pic.
