High quality. **Q: can you use the 110 wall plug if the battery is dead or does it only work on battery** A: Terrie, Great question... the wall plug or the 12 volt adapter included with the "Blizzard" package will run the IcyBreeze even if the battery is dead. Battery life is good (about 2 hours on low setting)Blows out really cold. Ice doesn't last if you are running it on a hot day. You'll get about 2 hours out of it before it turns to water. I put work in quotes because it does a poor job even with ice. The ice melts in this cooler because the cooler itself fails to maintain ice.
