Personally, I like the taste, though my husband did not like it and found it too much like real mint (strange, that!). It does have a slightly grainy or chalky texture, but again I like that. This toothpaste does not contain fluoride, like most natural toothpastes, but after 16 months of using it, my dentist noticed no changes in my teeth so I feel happy to keep using it. I do, however, now use a fluoride toothpaste once every second day to make sure I'm getting at least a little bit of fluoride. If you brush your teeth a few times a day, you will need to cut back on how much you use or you'll find you go through it very quickly, as it is quite expensive for a smallish tube but for me it's totally worth it. Overall, I'd would definitely recommend this toothpaste, especially to those who suffer from dry mouth. Bear in mind that it's not for everyone, and I have read plenty of reviews from people who don't like the natural mint taste or chalky texture.
