Review: You get what you pay for... - Bought these as I was hiring boots to go skating with my daughter and the boot hire was a bit of a lottery whether you got a good pair of boots or not. I wanted my own to have a better experience but not to play high intensity ice sports etc. Chose these as an entry level pair. Unfortunately the right hand skate blade was not true and I found out the hard way by taking a really bad fall. Would not recommend these - you get what you pay for and I am now looking into a more expensive pair. This spoilt my Father daughter experience and so very disappointed. Sorry. Review: Felt nice - Felt good ## Features - Soft shell ice hockey skates which are pre sharpened. - Lined upper & tongue with cushy foam padding for maximum comfort & warmth. - Plastic holder with a stainless steel hockey blade. - Soft boot hockey skate for non-competitive ice hockey and recreation. - Sizing true to hockey skate sizing. Sizing is 1.5 sizes less than US men's shoe size. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BGJR7CDF | | Best Sellers Rank | #341,319 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #18 in Ice Hockey Skates | | Brand Name | TronX | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (100) | | Date First Available | September 27, 2022 | | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 17.75 x 14.25 x 4.5 inches | | Manufacturer | TronX | | Material | Soft Boot | | Model Name | Soft Boot | | Package Weight | 2.02 Kilograms | | Size | Skate Size 9 (Shoe Size 10.5) | | Suggested Users | unisex | ## Images ![TronX Stryker Soft Boot Ice Hockey Skates (Skate Size 9 (Shoe Size 10.5)) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71HcHf8QwWL.jpg) ![TronX Stryker Soft Boot Ice Hockey Skates (Skate Size 9 (Shoe Size 10.5)) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51+U8hIfYJL.jpg) ![TronX Stryker Soft Boot Ice Hockey Skates (Skate Size 9 (Shoe Size 10.5)) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611197LihFL.jpg) ![TronX Stryker Soft Boot Ice Hockey Skates (Skate Size 9 (Shoe Size 10.5)) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61AG0-8dJfL.jpg) ![TronX Stryker Soft Boot Ice Hockey Skates (Skate Size 9 (Shoe Size 10.5)) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51HWxdlVQcL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ You get what you pay for... *by R***M on 14 December 2025* Bought these as I was hiring boots to go skating with my daughter and the boot hire was a bit of a lottery whether you got a good pair of boots or not. I wanted my own to have a better experience but not to play high intensity ice sports etc. Chose these as an entry level pair. Would not recommend these - you get what you pay for and I am now looking into a more expensive pair. This spoilt my Father daughter experience and so very disappointed. Sorry. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Felt nice *by K***M on 8 February 2025* Felt good ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Built Skate *by K***L on 5 September 2025* I love these skates and paid a fraction of the cost for new CCM or Bauer skates. I tried them straight outta the box and determined they needed to be sharpened. I walked into the pro shop and 20 minutes later was carving up the ice as fast as I could handle. I'm 65 and they are stable under foot and work perfectly and a big bonus is they are more comfortable than my previous Bauers and CCM's from the old days. They are easy to lace up and provide good ankle support. Be sure to buy a pair of blade guards to go with them. So glad I made this purchase. Now I'm taking our grand kids ice skating, in TEXAS!!! ## Frequently Bought Together - TronX Stryker Soft Boot Senior Men Boys Kids Ice Hockey Skates - All Adult and Junior Sizes - Great for Recreational Skating - Lake Placid Summit Boy's Adjustable Ice Skate - 5th Element Grace Ice Skates for Women - Comfortable Figure Skates with Velvety Soft Tricot/Fleece-Lining - Stylish Women's Ice Skating Shoes --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/668440307-tronx-stryker-soft-boot-ice-hockey-skates-skate-size-9](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/668440307-tronx-stryker-soft-boot-ice-hockey-skates-skate-size-9) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
