I assume the latter is expiry date **Q: do i have to keep these chilled?** A: No they are UHT just keep in a cool place **Q: are these really skimmed milk. I have to have only skimmed to health issue and low fat diet.** A: If it says skimmed milk on the label then it should be to comply with regs around advertising.
