Review: Brilliant products all round - If you’re looking for a new camera system, look no further. I’ve had Blink cameras for years, and they’re awful—outdated and unreliable. The motion detection is poor, and powering them is expensive since you have to buy specific batteries that cost around £15 for four, and they don’t last nearly as long as advertised. Tapo cameras, on the other hand, are a game changer. Mine are installed in both low and high sunlight areas, and they charge without any issues. The colour night vision is excellent and works really well. They’re also placed in high-traffic areas and never run out of power. Installation and setup are quick and straightforward, and all the features work exactly as they should. If you’re considering Tapo, go for it—they’re brilliant.

If you’re looking for a new camera system, look no further. I’ve had Blink cameras for years, and they’re awful—outdated and unreliable. Tapo cameras, on the other hand, are a game changer. Mine are installed in both low and high sunlight areas, and they charge without any issues. The colour night vision is excellent and works really well. They’re also placed in high-traffic areas and never run out of power. Installation and setup are quick and straightforward, and all the features work exactly as they should. If you’re considering Tapo, go for it—they’re brilliant.

For the price I wasn’t expecting too much, but having had this camera installed in my back garden for a couple of weeks I’m impressed. Good quality video and the battery is still at 80+%. If you want a good, no frills camera that works with Alexa then this is worth considering. I would be happy to purchase another one of these.

Easy set up , good quality picture and sound and area of camera view and video is great, don't forget the SD card which you have to get separately and whilst setting up make sure you put it on solar panel mode as one found out the hard way. Value for money and you don't have keep charging which is a huge plus.
