Easy Dosage with Dropper Our convenient bottle features a dropper to ensure precise dosing , eliminating errors and guaranteeing perfect consistency in every batch of cheese. Whether you’re aiming for the perfection of a mild mozzarella or the robustness of a mature cheddar, our rennet is the ideal choice. Traditional Recipe Ingredients 10 litres / 338 fl oz of fresh whole milk 2 mL / 0.07 fl oz (40 drops) of liquid calf rennet Salt (to taste) Instructions 1. Heat the milk to 32°C (90°F) . Maintain the temperature and stir gently. 2. Add the rennet, distributing it evenly over the milk, and stir for about a minute. 3. Let the milk sit for about 2 hours or until the curds are firm. 4. Cut the curds into 2 cm cubes using a knife. 5. Gradually increase the temperature to 38°C (100°F) while stirring gently for 5 to 10 minutes . 6. Drain the curds by placing them in a colander lined with a clean cloth . 7. Press the curds by placing them under a light weight for about 2 hours to expel the whey. 8. Salt the curds and let them sit for 1 to 2 hours . 9. Place the cheese in the refrigerator and let it rest for 12 to 24 hours before consuming. Notes The texture and flavour of cheese may vary depending on the type of milk and the ripening process. Utensils must be sterilised to avoid contamination.
