Review: A great choice. :) - I’ve only used this once for about 20 minutes with a blue light bc I happen to have one but I’m not new to teeth whitening. I’ve been doing it off & on for years & I can already tell this is a great product. I drink coffee daily & love teeth staining foods like blueberries. So I have to whiten regularly. I’ve had trays made from a mold of my teeth. You can find this online - they send you the mix & basic upper & lower treys to make your impression (just like they do in the dentist’s office - I used to be a dental assistant) . You send that mold back. They then make upper & lower treys of the mold & send them to u. These are the best to use bc they fit perfectly so they’re very comfortable & u don’t waste any whitening product. But I previously used a 35% carbamide gel (for which I paid more) & I can already see that this works better. Absolutely no irritation at all which is amazing bc I do brush with Sensodyne or Pronamal daily for my typically sensitive teeth. So that’s a HUGE bonus for me. Also, you will easily get 3 treatments out of each syringe. You don’t want to overload the tray bc it will just spill over into your mouth when you insert them which wastes product. I went to my dentist and was recommended to visit this company, I normally purchase from him for a lot more money, but was on a tight budget this month, I have been seeing him for 10 years now, and he does his best to help save me money, he said that they sell the same products with same quality , but direct to public. He was right. I used the gel for the first time last night and after 20 min, I saw a difference right away. And after the second use my neighbors complimented me on my whiter teeth (quit smoking 4 months ago) without me telling them I started a 7 day whitening cycle. I previously ordered some other kinds that were much cheaper, but did not experience anything but gum irritations and sensitivity. Now I know why the price was so low. This gel did NOT give any gum irritation or sensitivity. Overall I give this product a 5 star all around, and it came packaged real nice, so no one could tamper with it. and had instructions and tips for proper use. The gel also came with a dispensing tip that is far better than any other kind I used.. it is a metal tip that screws on the end of the syringe (not the cheap plastic kind) and allows you to guide the gel and apply the proper amount. **Q: In general, how much gel should I use? Also where do you put the gel;  the front or bottom of the tray?**
A: You want to use a thin layer of gel so that it doesn't squish out and get all over your gums.  You want to put the gel on the part of the tray that lays against your teeth.  I used a small paintbrush to apply the gel.  Often, I would paint it directly onto my teeth and then cover them with the mouth tray.

**Q: Any coffee drinkers ( I mean serious coffee drinkers) notice a difference? While still being able to drink coffee?

A: I bought this product about a month ago. I drink coffee everyday. My teeth had coffee stains. I was using 2 different teeth whitening toothpastes to help keep my teeth from staining any further. Since I started using this product I have noticed a big difference. I'm on my 5th syringe of whitening gel, there is a total of 5 syringes that come in the package, and am completely satisfied with the results up to this point. My teeth are truly whiter than when I started using this product. 
I definitely recommend this product.

**Q: Can you use this product with veneers or crowns?**
A: This is a 2part answer.  I have both.  Here's the difference though.  When I was in first grade I broke out my front teeth and had to get the bonding or whatever they did back then.  Then fast forward 25 years later I had them redone several times over the years and back in the early 2000's I broke them again.  I wanted to have the "brite smile" done in the dentist office where they whiten your teeth so I had to get that done first and see how white my teeth got, then they redid my front teeth to match how white they were.  After the fake ones get stained by coffee etc the whitening gel will take them back to their original bright white.  If veneers or crowns were "matched" to somewhat yellow or dingy teeth the veneers or crowns will never be able to be any whiter.  Do you know what I mean?  Mine go super white because that's what the original color was.  All this would do is make all your regular teeth white and leave the veneers the color they were made to match.  Hope this helps you.  This stuff is amazing.  My teeth are so white they're off the charts.  (-:

**Q: How many consecutive days can you use this whitening gel for? How many days should you wait before starting a new cycle?**
A: I haven't used it for more than 5 consecutive days.  No issues with sensitivity in that time.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Works well, but breaks down quickly

It whitens well, it creates a little sensitivity but not bad, just can't use it multiple days in a row. The problem is that the liquid in the syringes broke down quickly, turning from a gel to a liquid within a couple of months, which made it pretty useless. I ended up throwing half of them away. I tried refrigerating them, but that didn't make a difference. Next time I'll order just a few syringes at a time rather than a huge batch.
