I just bought a second one and am brewing a big load of peach wine. The gas-tight seal works great, even after a couple years of use. It is easy to mix fruit and chemicals in, press down the cap and finally, to clean. I do recommend sitting it on a platform prior to filling as the thing weighs a couple hundred pounds when full. I use a hydraulic lift platform to raise it up high enough to service and syphon the wine.
