Adapted from Irwin Shaw's best-selling novel, this Emmy-winning mini-series tells the story of brothers Rudy (Peter Strauss) and Tom (Nick Nolte) Jordache. I loved this mini series. I originally watched it when it was on TV years ago, but seeing it again it was brand new for me. So much intrigue and great characters. I am now working my way through the next DVD box set of the continuing story in Book 2. So far I am enjoying that too.
