**Q: Is there a version where the whale tail moves up and down? Not side to side like a shark. Whales don’t move that way. Is there another version?**
A: Temi makes a whale, shark and croccodile.  The tail movement is passive not controlled by a motor-  For the shark it looks great, but for the whale it is not realistic as it is horizontal rather than vertical

**Q: Is the remote waterproof?**
A: No, it is not.

**Q: how many inches long and wide is is the shark?**
A: 2 to 3 inches wide and 8 to 10 inches long. I gave as gift and he loved it.

**Q: Does it go deep underwater**
A: I got mine to go about 3-4 feet deep but I don’t think it’ll go much further.
