So, the contain arrived and I waited a few days to open it. Would it be dried and salted or wadded tough paper feeling? OK, I finally gave in and opened it. I was very happy and surprised. It is dried and crunchy. (Like a potato chip) The flavor was greater than expected and it did not turn into a wad. I reach into it every day and grab a bite or two. Ok, that was a lie. I can eat four or five bites at a grab. So, if you want really dried and salty, this is the brand for you. I highly recommend this seaweed.
