**Q: How long will it keep in the fridge?**
A: Once it is opened put it in an airtight container (Tupperware type thing) and it will literally keep for weeks. I've never had any go off. I think it's because it is cooked during the manufacturing process (I have actually seen it being made in Norway) so is less of a raw product than normal cheeses. Hope this helps.

I like that this is made with 100% goats milk, the other equally nice similar cheese on Amazon is made with both cows and goats milk, this cheese is less sweet an a little more creamy, I like both products equally, however it is useful for customers with allergy's to cows milk to know the above.
