It’s works really great for my wife’s arthritis. A few weeks ago, she set it up and noticed a short in the wall plug that sends electricity to the mat. So she contacted OMI directly to see if she could get a replacement plug. And EVEN THOUGH the unit was past its warranty date, the seller worked with us and sent us a new plug that would replace the one with the short. At no cost to us BTW. Thank you guys so much.
